Loyalty Prime win global Loyalty Award
Loyalty Prime and its client TRW Automotive have won the award for best B2B campaign prize at this month’s Loyalty Awards in London. Loyal Partners who successfully presented the Loyalty Prime platform to TRW in February 2013 also acted as consultants to the global automotive company through the programmes first year of operation. The coalition programme, powered by the Loyalty Prime’s Enterprise platform, targets garages across Europe and was launched in January 2014. Already some 13,000 garages in 10 European countries have signed up and the two initial partners in the programme have been joined by three further automotive aftermarket companies.
Praising the Diamonds programme the Loyalty Awards judges aid they were “impressed both by the quality and depth of communication in their entry, and the evidence of results they provided in a difficult and hard fought category where the quality of entries was very high.”
The Judges added that “It is difficult to resonate with customers and achieve loyalty in the B2B environment, but automotive Diamonds has clearly demonstrated that by thinking laterally, this can be achieved.”
